Linda sold a house for me that was somewhat funky fairly quickly, and for a decent price. She took care of some problems that were a bit beyond the call of duty and required extra legwork. The closing costs were a little higher than anticipated, but all in all I would recommend her, especially if you are trying to sell a handyperson special quickly.
